Key Account Manager
Current● Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives, and aligning them with our technology solutions. ● Create, develop, and execute account-specific plans to maximize engagement with major accounts while meeting customers’ evolving needs. ● Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities & enable in proposing optimum solutions that provide added value to the customers. ● Negotiating contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and customers ● Act as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring the customer's voice is heard and acted upon to continuously enhance service delivery. ● Address any concerns or conflicts raised by customers promptly and professionally, striving to reach win-win resolutions. ● Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics, providing customers with valuable insights and positioning them for success. ● Collaborate with internal teams like product lines, business development, marketing & customer support, to deliver seamless service and solutions to customers.
