Over the span of eight years, from 2015 to 2023, I've dedicated myself to the field of education, serving as a versatile and committed teaching assistant within a primary school as well as mainly within secondary schools and alternate provision settings. During this time, I've been privileged to support students at various stages of their academic journey, contributing to their growth and development in diverse learning environments.In a primary school, I played an integral role in fostering a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere, assisting teachers with classroom activities, and providing tailored support to students. This experience allowed me to witness the foundational stages of education and the profound impact it has on young minds.Transitioning to secondary schools, I embraced new challenges and responsibilities, working alongside educators to facilitate engaging lessons and offer individualized assistance to students with diverse learning needs. Here, I honed my skills in classroom management, exam preparation and student guidance, furthering my commitment to student success.In alternate provision settings, I encountered students facing unique challenges, including behavioral, emotional and social difficulties. Through patience, empathy and innovative teaching strategies, I tailored my approach to meet the specific needs of each student, fostering an environment conducive to growth and resilience.Throughout my experience as a teaching assistant, I've achieved notable milestones, including recognition for contributions to student progress, successful implementation of intervention programmes and earning the trust and respect of colleagues and students alike. These achievements underscore my dedication and passion for education, driving me to continually strive for excellence.In September 2023, I embarked on a new professional endeavor as a Business Administration, transitioning from education to the corporate world. While this role represents a departure from my previous experiences, it reflects my commitment to personal and professional growth, leveraging the skills and knowledge acquired during my years as a teaching assistant to excel in a new domain.Overall, my journey from teaching assistant to Business Administration embodies a commitment to lifelong learning, adaptability, and a passion for making a positive impact wherever my career may lead.
