• Supports the Regional office to use new media including managing media contacts• Supports the Regional office to produce the bi-monthly update (gathering the stories/briefs, liaising with forums and members, reading through minutes, notes from meetings of and with forums and members etc., to get story ideas; and field visits to members and forums work whenever possible).• Writes stories for the ACT Alliance website and does photography work, and production of short videos/documentaries for the same working closely with the Head of Communications and the Online Editor in the ACT secretariat Geneva office.• Works with the Regional Representative on administrative, programmatically arrangements to organize meetings/workshops/consultations in the Middle East region.
