As the Global Head Of Service Delivery for the Citi's Institutional Client's Group, Corporate & Wealth Management businesses (including Morgan Stanley Smith Barney), had primary ownership of the relationship with the various business and was accountable for end-to-end infrastructure service management. Oversaw all aspects of the relationship between Citi Technology Infrastructure and the various business lines. Supervised a broad array of teams, talent and financial transparency while managing the execution of technology components that supported Citi businesses in the growth of their charter.Prior to appointment to the Institutional Clients Group, served as the lead technology infrastructure manager for the Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Joint Venture to help MSSB grow their business by remaining accountable for the delivery of innovative technology solutions, operational stability, financial transparency, project and risk management. Upon joining Citi in 2007 responsible for the management of the existing O&T Smith Barney business office under Citigroup Global Wealth Management, focused on strategic planning, proper business & technology alignment, client management, business realignment and engagement planning. Managed and led complex strategic initiatives involving cross-functional, cross-border teams and diverse stakeholders including C-Level management. Reporting to the CTO of Smith Barney was accountable for all aspects of business technology needs, including project delivery, engineered solutions, resource planning, budget reconciliation, business process reengineering and maintenance of a healthy relationship among a very wide variety of teams.
