Current•Responsible for daily LAN, WAN Operations and ensure Network services are Up and Running.•Manage IT infrastructure and perform Support Operations.•Responsible for Security of organization’s Network and Endpoints.•Install AV agents and Client software on Endpoint.•Responsible for Periodic Scanning using AV servers on AV agents and apply fixes accordingly.•Review configurations of Network devices for smooth network operations.•Security Parameters configurations and periodic review to ensure security up to date.•Working in Windows domain networks using Windows Server 2019 Datacenter.•Security Analysis and provide Recommendation for improvement.•Create Active Directory Users and assign Quota for different departments.•GPOs in Windows Server 2019 Datacenter.•Data center operations, monitoring and management.•Responsible for Day to Day IT and Data Center Operations (Safety, Precision Cooling and Measures).•Disaster Recovery Plan (Exercises and Review).•Install and configure Servers, Virtual Machines for new server deployments.•Take Backup of Virtual Machines in Windows Server 2019 Datacenter.•Network Monitoring and management using MRTG.•VPN client side configuration in Windows 7/8/10.•Perform Risk Assessment of Infrastructure and related services.•Local User Accounts creation and access permissions on Computer Systems of departments.•Install and configure new hardware and software on computer systems.•Perform audit and security policies on computer systems.•Responsible for conducting Video Conferences for Higher Management.•Troubleshoot, resolve networks, computer systems related issues. •Manage IT Inventory.•Work closely with Higher Management for required services and prioritize tasks to achieve business goals.•Remote connectivity using Remote Desktop Protocol.•Perform configurations and integration on NVR (Network Video Recorders) as per requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve DVR related issues.
