Duties & Responsibilities• Ensures Upstream availability and network service performance for Internet, MPLS, and Managed Services clients within predetermined service standards• Monitor network performance of clients using Solarwinds and Zabbix and take corrective actions if needed.• Manage and handles multiple network equipment such as Juniper Routers and Switches, Cisco Routers and Switches, Fortigate Firewall, Ciena DWDM, Huawei Switches and Wireless Controller, Dell Switches, and Cisco Meraki Access Points• Handles and troubleshoot of network related issues raised by client.• Works with local loop and International Private Line (IPL) providers to ensure high uptime of network.• Implementing and provisioning of internet and MPLS circuits• Applying a deep understanding of networking protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLAN, and VPN, in practical applications• Perform network equipment firmware upgrade if needed.
