-Designed and implemented network wide Operational Excellence vision and goals with support including quarterly professional development, monthly meetings and bi-weekly differentiated coaching for 13 Ops Managers and Ops Assistants (growing to 18 by 2022).-Designed systems with corresponding training and reference materials for compliance, attendance, school nutrition, fiscal policies and procedures, school safety, master scheduling, authorizer, state & federal reporting and student information system (SIS) management to facilitate growth from three to six schools, and 1200 to 2500 students in over five years.-Redesigned and led as first project manager for new school year readiness in ops, tech, facilities, real estate and master scheduling in collaboration with school leaders for 7 school moves, including three moves to newly constructed permanent facilities (project budget ranged from $600K to $1.6M year to year). Led the operational components of an additional 8 school moves, including one move to a newly constructed permanent facility, before becoming project manager. -Led collaborative effort to implement operational and academic systems for new virtual program as point person with the program leaders to align vision, student and teacher experience and resourcing while following compliance requirements.-Created three new positions on my team, then trained and managed them on school operations and systems.-Created Lead Ops Manager position to build a leadership pipeline and increase peer to peer support for Ops Managers.-Ednovate Support Team Member of the Year for excellent support for ops leaders and systems building for 2017-18.

- Established and trained all staff members on systems for procurement, building care, student files, front office, communication, human resources, district and state compliance, safety, and technology.- Created systems to support the school for school wide events, field trips, all school wide assessments and all data analysis, for operations, academics and culture. - Trained and coached Operations Assistants on implementing systems and project plans.- Strategically and proactively problem solved on the Leadership Team to further the school’s development. - Coordinated procurement and the budget with the Executive Director, the accounting team and teachers. - Oversaw hiring, training and daily activities of our art and sports programs with the site coordinator of our partner program, Youth Policy Institute.

- Designed and implemented school wide systems for procurement, building security, staff and student schedules, building care, student files, internal and external communication, state testing, days off, hiring, technology, front office, and field trips.- Developed strong relationships with key district partners to effectively set up and run procurement, student meals, technology updates and repairs, human resources, payroll, safety, and transportation.- Trained and directly supervised the Front Office Manager, Nurse, and Custodial Team.- Created and facilitated an Operations Team to proactively plan and problem solve.- Developed and enacted program strategy as part of the school-based Leadership Team.- Collaboratively created systems for our Instructional Team and Student Support Teams.- Coordinated all procurement and managed the $1.1 million budget with school and district staff.
