MJ is a seasoned, global coach and facilitator working with individuals, groups and teams from such business segments as manufacturing, pharmaceutical, finance, consumer goods and NGO’s. She is fascinated by human motivation and works closely with leaders and individual contributors to support them in navigating the complexity of both the environment in which they work as well as the people with whom they engage. MJ uses assessments and experiential learning models to help individuals develop the skills and mindset to increase performance, satisfaction and confidence.A former business development executive, MJ has lived and worked in Europe, the USA and Australia. She loves working in multicultural environments and has coached over 800 executives from 100 nationalities. MJ’s style is respectful, open, and direct. She has a contagious sense of humour which brings lightness as well as depth to her facilitation and coaching. MJ serves as senior faculty, and course track holder for the Co-Active Training Institute, the oldest and largest coach training program in the world. On a personal note, MJ divides her time between Paris France and Tampa Bay Florida. She is an open water swimmer, an avid walker, and mindfulness practioner. A lifetime learner, MJ is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Change at INSEAD.
