During the last few months I have been helping a friend to launch his own start up.I have been working on 2 main roles:Manager:Goals:-Manage 4 small teams of freelancers to deliver the different parts of theapplication: Design, QA, Backend, Frontend. The smaller team is of 2collaborators, the biggest is 9 people.-Organize the backlog and the sprints each 2 weeks.-Organize the Kanban (for our smaller teams) to set up the upcomingepics and the corresponding tasks.-Guide the weekly meetings to see the progress, blockers, groom theupcoming tasks.Developer:-Developed a reactive form for one of the functionalities of the SPA, with communication to other components using services.-Developed the landing page with responsive design and mobile first approach, including the integration of the Facebook Chat plugin.-Styled the help center, with the tools provided by helpsite.comAchievements:-Successfully launch the product including: Main application, landing page, help center and emails.

Note: Due the Coronavirus outbreak and an unstable job market I was laid off from this job. Goals:-Participate in the development of a delivery tracking application.-Coordinate with an Onshore and Offshore team, including people fromUSA,India, and Costa Rica.Tools and process:-Angular-Sass, Ionic-Html5-Git, Jira, Slack

Goals:-Complete the development of a complex financial app.-Coordinate with a team of 10+ developers, 5 of them Frontend.-Support the developed app and continue the development of new functionality alone.-Maintain good communication with the Onshore team to deliver a proper product. Achievements:-Helped to get the project back in track.-Assumed ownership of the product Frontend after the initial release.-Helped to improve the relationship with the client.-Completed multiple deliveries that were deployed in a bi-monthly baseTools and process: -Angular 5, angular-cli-Sass, Bootstrap 4.-Html5.-Agile, Git, code reviews, Jira, Slack.

Goals:-Participate in the development of the OrcId Project..-Support the frontend lead in the implementantion of new features.-Maintain good communication with the Onshore team to deliver a proper product. Achievements:-Created an hybrid app that runs with Angular 1.5 and Angular 2+ at the same time.-Refactored the code to implement the use ot Typescript.Tools and process: -Angular 1.5, Angular v2-v6-Agile, code reviews.-Github, Trello.

Goals:-Participate in the development of the new insurance SPA Sonnet (Canada).-Support the frontend lead in the implementantion of new features.-Maintain good communication with the Onshore team to deliver a proper product. Achievements:-Created the informative site of the Sonnet product.-Participated in the implementation of the SPA of the insurance form process.-Implemented the accesibility requirements to make the site 100% compliant with the laws of Canada.Tools and process: -Angular 1.2x-Sass, bootstrap-Html5-Square Space.

Goals:-Create new websites for advertising campaigns for Bank of America andOnStar (General Motors)-Implement the new technologies that were arriving at the moment like HTML5,CCS3.Achievements:-Successfully delivered multiple pages ensuring browsing compatibility.-Helped to transition to the new version of HTML and CSS.-Provided training to explain the new features of html5 and css3 and why thosewere important.

Goals:-Assist on creating new sections for websites that were created on Wordpress,Expression Engine and other proprietary cms.
