Creating and organizing sharing opportunities to develop communities of practice for the 750 programmers of the Montreal studio.

Achievements:
- Ongoing identification and analysis of issues and realities of the community in order to develop targeted actions to address employees, productions and studio needs.
- Set up, facilitation and organization of many discussion groups, around various topics.
- Creation of various larger scale sharing events/conferences in the Montreal studio
- Creation of video capsules around technical developments, communicated on internal studio platforms.
- Organized and facilitated many workshops with programmers and leaders
- Leadership role in the organization committee of UDC (Ubisoft Developers Conference) for 5 years, an international conference opened to all Ubisoft studios and held in Montréal.

- Creation and organization of the now annual Game Jam for Ubisoft Montreal employees.
