Technical trainers must have great presentational skills. They must be able to set up and run in-person, online, and hybrid classes using a wide variety of enabling platforms. As an approved instructional skills vendor for Microsoft, our organization (MCT-ISC.com, an operating unit of Custom Software Solutions, Inc.) helps trainers develop and demonstrate instructional skills. We take a different approach than most organizations. We develop long term relationships with our students. We mentor students and help them on their journey as technical trainers.

As the lead content development manager for my client GrandMasters LLC, I led multidisciplinary teams to develop certification assessments, exams, instructor-led training, self-paced training, and e-learning for technology companies including Microsoft, Salesforce, and Tableau and higher education institutions including Western Governors University. I worked with stakeholders and partner organizations including Internet Testing Systems, Pearson VUE, and Certiport to develop tools and processes to improve content development efforts.

I provide training and consultative services to computer training centers and corporate clients.My expertise includes Software design and development, the Microsoft Azure platform, Microsoft Power Platform, databases, and data science.
