Collected and evaluated change requests in master taxonomy, browse navigation structures, and brand structures through collaboration with local and international cross-functional teams.Used agile methodology to collect business requirements and user stories, and created a backlog used for sprint planning, time tracking, feature delivery, and retrospectives.Built and shared dashboards with stakeholders to strategically inform campaign strategy, with a focus on how metadata assignments impacted product performance on the websites, focusing on metrics for site traffic, conversation rates, and revenue.

I regularly interacted with customers to teach best practices for 7 products at OCLC, a global non-profit membership organization that maintains a cooperatively-managed database called WorldCat, the primary metadata source for all library materials. Delivered 4-6 classes weekly to hundreds of end users online, and presented regularly at nationwide conferences. Special projects included being Team Lead on migration efforts, including one that impacted 3,000 platform users globally, and another focused on 500 public libraries in Texas. Both migrations traced their success to the robust training offerings I delivered, such as 80+ tutorial videos to assist self-paced learners, and interactive exercises that could be delivered via webinar.
