I founded Exceed LLC to produce high quality web and mobile applications for emerging digital markets. This side venture included the development of custom web and mobile digital solutions for the coaching and legal industries. These solutions were targeted for the smaller clients that needed to tie together several un-related apps in order to conduct business. Ours solutions sought to bridge this gap by providing a common set of CRM, lead to sales to fulfillment, type of functionality along with leading edge work management and a customer facing portal.Utilizing open source frameworks and hosting on AWS, these apps were built to scale from day one.In this role, I performed multiple roles, increasing my knowledge of contracts, privacy law, sales channels, web and mobile technology and iterative development. While Exceed ultimately did not meet its objective, the lessons I retained were invaluable.
