Also responsible for acting as a technical Subject Matter Expert on the Cisco Unified Communications product suite, including acting as a senior escalation resource for WWT Professional Services deployment staff during implementation projects.• Functioned as the Design Architect for the reference model design document provided to a Department of Defense organization in support of a planned migration of 60,000 phones to a large-scale, multi-cluster Cisco Unified Communications architecture.• Functioned as the Design Architect for the reference model design to multi-national commercial company in support of a planned migration of 50,000+ phones to a large-scale, multi-cluster Cisco Unified Communication architecture with a key focus on the use of Session Manager Edition.• Implemented the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace collaboration suite in support of mission recall requirements for a DoD agency.• Provided mentoring to several engineers, increasing the WWT staff capable of supporting Cisco Unified Communications deployments.• Revised the existing documentation standards for documents delivered as a part of all Cisco Unified Communications deployments performed by WWT Professional Services deployment engineers.
