Regional Sales Director
Current• Sell consumer directed benefits to employer groups ranging from 100-4,999 benefit-eligible employees• Drive new sales growth by partnering with 6 Blue Cross health plans (MN, ND, AR, KS, Kansas City, WY)• Engage with employee benefit brokers to build relationships and partner in sales efforts• Provide Continuing Education, and various product/process presentations to health plan partners and brokers in group settings, both face-to-face and virtually• Perform finalist meetings and provide detailed sales presentations to decision makers to establish trust, set future expectations, and close sales• Partner with internal sales, account management, and operational teams to maximize new sales growth, customer support quality, and partner and client experience
