Regional Sales Director
Current- Sell consumer directed benefits to employer groups ranging from 100-4,999 benefit-eligible employees
- Drive new sales growth by partnering with 6 Blue Cross health plans (MN, ND, AR, KS, Kansas City, WY)
- Engage with employee benefit brokers to build relationships and partner in sales efforts
- Provide Continuing Education, and various product/process presentations to health plan partners and brokers in group settings, both face-to-face and virtually
- Perform finalist meetings and provide detailed sales presentations to decision makers to establish trust, set future expectations, and close sales
- Partner with internal sales, account management, and operational teams to maximize new sales growth, customer support quality, and partner and client experience
