I am also heavily involved with crafting the forward-looking strategy of the company. My experience has been built around system-level architecture and design driven by distilling customer needs and identifying emerging market trends. Many factors have to be considered in the development of a new product including feature set, design partitioning, component selection, manufacturing effort/cost, support model, and time to market. Finding the optimal solution to meet demanding business and technical requirements, and leading the execution of that effort to a win is what gets me amped!Specialties: System design/architecture * SaaS * IIoT product design * Product roadmap development * Manufacturing/supply chain * Strategy
