You will decide what your next steps will be and I will check your commitment to see it through and explore what might stop you.By the time we have finished the session you will have clarity, defined actions and certainty to deliver on them in order to move closer to your main priority.To ensure you get the best results coaching programmes are based on research from University College London that it can take 66 days to embed a new habit and change our behaviour.  I will work with you for 3 months and at the end of our time together you will have achieved the things that are important to you, raised your level of awareness and grown as a person.For us to work together for 3 months would require investment from you, both financially and in terms of being open minded and prepared to do the work required.For 3 months of weekly coaching sessions and support your investment would be £3000.To meet bi-weekly for 3 months your investment would be £1500.To meet monthly for 3 months your investment would be £750.If you would like to experience coaching before you embark on a Focused Programme I offer a 90 minute Lazer Focused Coaching call for £150.Once you have decided how soon you would like to start, all you need to do is drop me a Direct Message and I will set up a Zoom call for us to take things forward, simple really.
