I have a diverse background of working in various areas such as operating a business, customer service and management. I completed a Master’s of Arts, Education Specialist in Mental Health Counseling, (M.A. Ed.S) in 2014 from Gardner-Webb University, Boiling Springs, NC. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) #11232 through the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors (NCBLCMHC). I provide counseling services to male and female individuals, age eight-years and up who are facing current crisis, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem issues, acute/post-traumatic stress disorders, and relationship issues. The goal will be that the individuals will utilize their own strengths to develop healthy methods of coping and resolving difficult life issues.I believe that as people become more accepting of their self and have a purpose in their life then they are more capable of finding happiness and contentment in their lives. While some may need only a few counseling sessions to feel complete, others may require months or even years of counseling. When counseling is successful, individuals should feel that they are able to face many life’s challenges without my support or intervention in the future.
