That is my number one focus in all my work, whether I work with small or large organisations and their stakeholders, internally within my own organisation and not least my team members.I specialise in advising international companies investing in Denmark, supporting in all compliance matters and improving systems and processes. My clients vary in size and operate in an array of industries including construction, green energy solutions, biotech, fintech, retail and more.My insatiable hunger for learning deriving from a curious mind has taken me all over the world and taught me invaluable lessons about life, people and culture which I use in my everyday work. Throughout my career in audit and accounting spanning 15+ years I have worked and lived across several jurisdictions including UK, US and Denmark and worked with both UK GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP and DK GAAP.I value honesty, collaboration and growth. As a keen distance runner, I focus on health and do not drink alcohol.I am enjoying being back in Denmark after many years living in London and New York City.
