In my previous role, I helped grow Lions+Tigers from 5 to 100 consultants over the course of four years and partnered with the leadership team to build a brand that is focused on diversity, equity and inclusion with how enterprise teams flexibly staff their programs, for impact. Through my leadership, Lions & Tigers won the 2021 Diverse Supplier of the Year and 2022 Medium Supplier of the year with Microsoft.Prior to that I spent 8 years with R2integrated where I led Client Services, and oversaw enterprise account relationships with Microsoft, Seattle University, Quadrant Homes and others.
