My work experience has been supporting/deploying critical systems. Also projects related to Audit and Compliancy. My experience companies like, eg IBM, UBS, BBC, SKY TV, O2, Orange, BP, Lloyds Corporation, Sainsburys. I have worked with outsource teams moving support to India and China.As some positions have been project based, I have been appointed to do the implementation or appointed to troubleshoot / help fix an environment. On some of those projects I have been empowered to create and appoint my own team to work on that project.I have been providing 2nd or 3rd level support solutions in phases Development, UAT, Pre-Prod and (BAU) Prod environments, with necessary analysis and troubleshooting as required, within the project/application mandate and guidelines. Working within ITIL change and release requirements, and CAB/RAB meetings. Innovative solutions for continuous improvement in the integration of solutions. One of my better achievements was troubleshooting a key business system that had never ran for a full business month against SLA targets in 7 years, achieve a full month against SLA after only 4 months in the role.
