In this current role, my core responsibility is to monitor IT infrastructure to ensure smooth running of the ICT systems 24/7. Here I lead and inspire a small IT team, leveraging exceptional leadership attributes to enhance productivity and overall work efficiency. I also define and execute highly efficient IT strategies and develop security measures, service and operations and compliance. I govern overall aspects of the Microsoft 365 tenant directly and via MSP. I coordinate the procurement of IT hardware, software, maintenance, and services. I write ICT instructional menus, as well as related to necessary documentations for security and disaster recovery. My goal is to monitor and improve the efficiency of the network infrastructure of Cisco firewalls, routers and switches, HP & Dell servers and Avaya IP Office telephone system. I leverage cost-effective approaches while monitoring and optimising the IT budget, both OPEX and CAPEX expenditure to accomplish financial obligations. I generated, customised, and run several reports against Oracle Database using Crystal Reports. I strategized and oversaw equipment procurement, asset logging, installation, support, and maintenance of Hardware and Software. I optimised the department's annual budget and allocated resources in an appropriate manner. I also collaborated with directors to ensure the delivery of bespoke IT solutions to business problems. Furthermore, I utilised exceptional communication skill while communicating technical solutions in a non-technical manner to end users.
