I've spent my career in technology, manufacturing, automation and engineering environments, moving from hands on engineer to sales, sales management, P&L management and eventually executive leadership and M&A in sales focused organizations. I've been inspired by the people that love to use technology to make things work better, faster, more precise, more efficient etc. Keeping industry competitive in my backyard has given me tremendous pride and motivation throughout my career.
