Working with organization leadership, I was tasked with re-branding existing websites and communication vehicles, creating new distribution lists and a hierarchy for those lists, as well as updating and disseminating new branding materials for the new organization.

- Led onboarding team of 15 people for large-scale project to adopt new monitoring software- Worked to coordinate and verify scope of 1,000+ legacy applications- Communicated with application teams regarding deadlines, escalating issues to leadership- Oversaw continued onboarding of 250+ business critical applications to new monitoring software

- Oversaw monthly metrics reporting to leadership- Worked with 4 cross-functional teams to promote upcoming departmental events and activities- Produced departmental all-hands calls for 500+ employees with Microsoft Teams Live Events

- Managed & implemented a redesign of the Accenture Digital Workplace Operations (DWO) support site, including revised page hierarchy, improved site navigation and reduced scrolling- Created & delivered a variety of communications and technology alerts, working with Accenture leadership and device owners to create awareness around new technologies, training around devices and potential challenges- Developed & executed a marketing plan for the DWO team to promote DWO offerings, workplace technologies, and support offered for DWO entitites.- Built leadership presentations outlining DWO roles and responsibilities, including the creation and adoption of an internal workshop on Microsoft Surface Hubs, available to all Accenture employees- Created & produced internal videos on product demonstrations, available to all Accenture employees

- Served as the primary contact for all 300+ clients - potential, current and past- Created, distributed, and managed 2 newsletters to clients, ensuring all were up-to-date with the latest information and news about the firm- Assisted clients daily with various needs, such as financial questions, all technical issues and scheduling needs- Supported clients on the use of workplace technologies including eDelivery, Microsoft Office Suite products, Zoom, and join.me - allowing for ease of communication via screen sharing- Guided and assisted staff of 8 with access to the company's cloud sharing service and all other onboarding/offboarding needs

- Served as a liaison between two large non-profit clients and their customer bases, providing assistance and correspondence as needed- Collaborated directly with regional managers and department heads on product offerings for customers- Managed all social media platforms for clients, promoting their various products and services- Oversaw necessary updates to all client websites- Handled the launch of new products geared towards customer recognition
