The custom applications are primarily used by staff in the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) division.The CAO is also in the process of transforming service delivery processes, people, facilities and technology in support of organizational goals to improve customer service. The new customer service delivery model (CSDM) is designed to develop consultative relationships with CAO customers and optimize customer contact through the use of one contact center and self-service opportunities.As a member of the CSDM Task Force and Remedy Subject Matter Expert, participated in the decision, which determined that the BMC Remedy IT Service Management 7.0 Suite was a suitable technology solution for automation of the new enterprise customer service delivery processes and would serve in being the primary enabler in meeting the CSDM goals. -

This also included the development of a custom Help Desk web-enabled application interface using Remedy ARWeb for the general TNC user community, custom reports using Crystal Reports, and a custom interface between Remedy’s email engine and TNC’s Banyan Vines network email system. -
