I have retail sales (for motorcycle safety gear and fashion merchandise) and inventory control handling experience through Triple S Harley Davidson. On the sales floor I was one of few retail sales associates; we worked together as a team to answer any questions visitor's/ customers asked about the merchandise. An important part of this job was helping motorcyclist understand what safety/protective gear was available and necessary. While I was a Motorclothes I contributed to my team reaching the maximum tier (as of writing this statement in August 2016) having over $207,000 in retail sales during the off season month of December 2014. That same sales year my department holds the all time record of approximately $1.7 million in retail sales. In addition to my sales statistics I had received commemoration awards from corporate for passing with near perfection my Harley Davidson University courses (courses to update and train employees in sales techniques and customer service.) During the last few months of my employment at Triple S I worked in the stock room. Some of my tasks included: unpacking and checking incoming clothing freight, price adjustment, inventory, and I shipped merchandise to customers or other stores. Regularly I called customers to connect with current store events, their customer point card values, or if a special order had come in. Before separating from Triple S (due to moving for school ) in 2015 I was given a commemoration award.

General bar service duties and responsibilities, i.e. making mixed drinks, knowing the inventory, recommending beverages etc. Developed interpersonal communication skills, worked in a fast paced and stressful environment, data entry via software system, payment processing, teamwork, multitasking, stamina, and maintained composure when confronted by agitated guests.
