Senior Implementation Specialist
CurrentAdheres to all regulatory, operational policies and procedures, and department specific requirements; both from B. Braun’s perspective and from that of the customer’s.Provides effective and efficient medical device implementation and training to users of B. Braun’s APEX Compounding System in a professional manner.Leverages excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage and execute each APEX system implementation to completion.Simultaneously manages up to three site implementations with minimal supervision. Exercises judgment and draws accurate conclusions based on available information.Documents specific customer interactions, training activities and outcomes.Develops and maintains in-depth product knowledge through continuous training and study to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of implementation services provided.Identifies and assists in facilitating any changes necessary to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the APEX implementation process.Interface with Management, QA, R&D, Manufacturing, etc, to assist with resolving product complaint issues, product reliability issues and to contribute to the overall device quality.Other task assigned by manager.
