I have been responsible for Social and Healthcare reform program 2019-2023 and 2023-2024 development program for well being counties in CGI Finland, developing business by helping our clients in nationwide Social and Healthcare reform. I had also Account Director responsibilities for the selected clients. I have years of experience in consulting and leading consulting business. I have deep industry expertise in nationwide Social and Healthcare reform in addition to my extensive ICT expertise. I have wide professional IT -experience in different roles in consulting, business development, project management, service development, marketing and sales of IT outsourcing services. I’ve also been solution sales architect responsible for creating IT- Infrastructure outsourcing solutions for local and Nordic clients. As a leader I have demonstrated management and leadership skills by leading a large unit successfully over 7 years. I have transformed the unit to respond better for the client demands when there were plenty of new opportunities to expand the business. In tough market situations I have executed many efficiency programs. I also launched many personnel development programs to inspire and develop our employees. Year 2016 we had a Consultancy Academy program to educate persons from other units to grow to the role of consultant.
