The Reinforced Earth Company (RECo USA) is the largest subsidiary of Ashgrove Holdings, LLC (Ashgrove). Ashgrove consolidates U.S. operations of one of significant business segments of VINCI S.A. of Rueil-Malmaison, France, largest construction company in France – publicly traded on Euronext. As Vice President of Finance for RECo USA, I am responsible for overall financial position for the company. As the leader of our Finance & Accounting group, I serve 10 other accounting professionals to mentor and assist their career development. As a member of the senior management team, I work alongside with the company leadership to direct the company to achieve market leadership, provide best ROI to its shareholders, and achieve year over year growth. For Ashgrove, my responsibilities include oversight of consolidated annual audit, tax compliance, and treasury management for the group.

Responsibilities as Senior Project Accountant included being the main liaison to senior management regarding matters related financing and accounting of the real estate development projects that were assigned. Formerly having public accounting experience, I was also a resource to the Corporate Controller on audit readiness to the external auditors.

As senior associate of the assurance division, I led audit engagements from beginning to finish. As the main “go to person” of the audit engagement, I was responsible for staff training and development, communication to clients, and reporting to audit manager and partner.
