In this position - I was responsible for the coordination and process improvement of international logistical flows towards the United States. With the help of various tools and in cooperation with global logistics managers I ensured that the US warehouses were supplied with the right parts and that parts were transported to customers when necessary. Furthermore, I was responsible for optimizing the return flow of defective parts in the United States. In this role I worked together with internal and external partners in the US, Europe and Asia and made extensive use of ERP systems.
