Supervise five direct reporting employees and eighteen indirectly reporting employees in order to manage the operation, maintenance, repair/alteration, improvement, and protection activities in GSA buildings in Montana. Oversee the planning and project management of a repair and alterations budget that ranges from $1 million to $3 million dollars annually. As a Federal Volunteer member of the Emergency Intake Site (EIS) Significant Incident Reports (SIR) Team, responsibilities included creating a process for systematically collecting key information and clarifying facts about incidents that allow for efficient and effective management; identifying challenges and training opportunities for the oversight of SIRs at various Emergency Intake Sites to ensure the safety of the children.

I also managed the grievance reporting for children in the EIS, and served on the SD EIS Logistics Team for the demobilization of the facility.
