MJMAR, María José Martínez is an international senior HR Consultant specialized in global career transition and branding. Based in Madrid, she is a professional Coach graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching program. She has coached at the School of Diplomats in Madrid empowering the new Diplomats to unlock their full potential improving in communication skills, leadership presence and branding. She has coached students and has taught global networking classes in a "Global Leadership" Master at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and has consulted with the World Bank, International Language School, and other global corporations in U.S. She was selected through Georgetown University to support the new career pathway of appointees within President Obama's White House transition team developing a program in career transition, global networking, communication skills and personal branding.
