•Answered questions about on-campus housing from current and prospective students•Acted as a liaison between the Main Housing Office and each Residential Services office within student residences•Assisted the Housing Assignments department with data entry, student housing assignments, housing contracts, contacting students about their housing assignment, and various other processes as necessary•Assisted the Housing Accounts department with data entry and contacting students regarding their accounts (Payments due, setting up payment plans, etc.)•Guided students through the housing application process•Assisted students with selecting and signing leases for on-campus housing.
