I orchestrated meetings with each of the three clients and the DOI. Each of the three clients has unique individual situations. I scheduled meetings with each one individually and addressed the specific needs of each client. I then set strategic direction for each of the three clients as well. The result was I have saved the clients a combined $10,000,000.● CEO requested me to help with reorganization of a client with a $3,000,000 investment. I lobbied with the special office of specialty Deputy to get the approval to operate under a new company. The result was I was able to obtain additional new business with a wholesale change of $5,000,000● CEO requested me to facilitate meetings with insurance clients and the Department of Insurance (DOI). During my three years I coordinated and scheduled over 100+ meetings with 25 clients to get operational authorization. In the meetings I shared my industry experience of regulatory specific issues and advice. The results from the meetings were that clients saved over $100,000.
