Vice President Of Engineering
CurrentOver the past several years I have been leading Radical Combustion Technology's R&D and Engineering team to commercialize a novel internal combustion engine technology (RCTClean) that will solve engine stability and exhaust emissions problems vexing the gas pipeline industry for decades. To date, scale-up testing demonstrates this retrofittable solution dramatically improves engine stability and cuts pollutants in large engines (referred to as Legacy-integral) used to move natural gas along interstate pipelines.Demonstrating efficacy on a full-scale Legacy engine is key to industry adoption and commercialization. Several large gas pipeline companies have agreed to sponsor and manage an industry-sponsored project on a Legacy engine at the Colorado State Legacy Test Lab in 2020.This collaborative industry development project represents the ‘Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval.’ With major industry players having ‘skin-in-the-game’, RCT will perfect the testing and raise necessary capital. We are raising $5 million in an equity Seed Round to enable full product development and optimization testing, follow-on field tests and commercial product roll-out of RCTClean for sale. After CSU testing the gas-transmission industry will deploy RCTClean in their engine fleets. The total addressable domestic market is over $10 billion. This is an exciting time for RCT. We are at an inflection point as our multi-year development cycle draws to a close… 2020 will be our breakout year!
