After graduating from the United States Naval Academy (Class of 1975) with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mike served seven years as a Naval Officer on active duty with extensive experience in naval propulsion systems and completed training as a NAVSEA Certified Steam Generating Plant Inspector. He has broad experience in the operation, maintenance and inspection of naval propulsion systems, rotating machinery, Power generation and auxiliary equipment. The range of experience spanned steam generation and propulsion, power generation steam turbines, high pressure and temperature systems, reciprocating and centrifugal pump technology, steam turbine and diesel generators and automatic control systems technology.Mike served as Project Manager in the Navy Deputy Director’s office at the Electromagnetic Compatibility Analysis Center (ECAC) where he was responsible for managing ECAC projects for naval customers in the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Security Group, and the AEGIS Program Office.While serving for twelve years in the Naval Reserve Intelligence Program and attaining the rank of Commander, Mike held positions of senior management including Executive Officer of the Fleet Ocean Surveillance Information Center, Rota, Spain and Executive Officer of The Atlantic Intelligence Command, Norfolk, VA. Mike is a life member of the United States Naval Academy Alumni Association.Mike has served in the financial services industry for over 20 years with Merrill Lynch, Smith Barney and Morgan Stanley as a Senior Vice President and Family Wealth Director serving business owners, entrepreneurs and families.Mike was one of the founders of Radical Combustion Technologies, LLC and has led on the development of its RCTClean Technology Solution and currently serves as its VP of Engineering.
