Commercial Mortgage & Investment Banker with north of $21B of executed IPO, Equity, Debt, and CRE Development experience.Within the first five years of my career myself and two other individuals served as the largest intermedierial source of revenue in the US Investment Banking industry for a specified CRE asset class. I took the first private company of it's kind public on the NYSE as a Bookrunner for Jefferies. I originated and securitized the highest ever appraised real asset type in CMBS 2.0. Due to my involvement in the influx of CMBS inflow immediately out of the recession, Moody's/DBRS contracted me to oversee and provide consulting services on their Bond Rating Services and I advised on the output pricing as well as advised every Bulge Bracket US Investment Bank on the hold, trade, and disposition on north of $16B within a three year period. I am currently focused equally within the Equity & Debt Markets, focused on investing along with my clients at this point in time.
