•Dealing with day-to-day transaction with the clients. Full-function in Tellering and Universal Processer of different type of requests such as Manager's Check, Bank Certification and Statement of Account, Checkbook orders, Savings and Checking account opening of both individual and corporation with any currencies, Time deposit placement and termination, Investments such as Asset Management, Mutual Funds and BPI Capital, Loans.Online Banking , Salesforce, Service Now and attending other customer's related concerns , reports, phonecall and requests.•Encoding end of day report thru MS Excel and MS Word.•Responsible for checking of the completeness and accuracy of client's submitted documents and uploading in our system for digitization as compliance for Central Bank of the Philippines.•Responsible for bank secrecy and client's confidentiality.
