CurrentManage LINC and Young Leaders affinity groups, engaging young professionals (45 and under) to generate over $2.5 million annually.Development:• Designed and implemented holistic strategies to bolster organizational profiles, fundraising endeavors, and development objectives, achieving heightened visibility and securing up to $7 million in funding.Research:• In 2021, researched methods to streamline inter-departmental workflows for supervised projects. In 2022, successfully introduced project management processes using Microsoft Teams and conducted training sessions. This initiative led to widespread implementation across organizational operations, events, and marketing departments.Data:• Develop deep familiarity with 3 different databases and support continuous efforts to improve data accuracy, quality, and controls.Project Management:• Serve as project manager for various multi-faceted strategic and affinity group-related projects.• Provide regular project status reports about campaign, events, and membership.• Determine, analyze, and formulate analysis of workflows, processes and data in regard to current practices, donor needs, and potential improvements.• Ensure project documentation (agendas, minutes, project plans, presentations, etc.) is complete, timely, accurate, and in accordance with standards and policies.DEIB:• Championed Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging initiatives by establishing leadership councils and committees comprising community representatives.• Spearheaded efforts in the local Latiné and LGBTQIA+ philanthropic sectors as a member of the internal Diverse Markets Committee.• Elevated BIPOC perspectives to develop inclusive employer brand narratives, resulting in a 6% increase in brand awareness.
