Assess, design and propose Master Data and Big Data Governance enterprise programme.Recommends organizational structure for Big Data and Master Data Governance (DG), provides advice on key DG decisions, designs DG processes, and reviews quality processes from a DG point of view incorporating data quality rules and metrics. Analyses business requirements related to master data management.

Analyses, estimates and develops CRM and BI functionalities, guaranteeing constant adaptation to business requirements. Maintains the functions held from 2013 to 2015. Integrated the team that implemented Ar Telecom's new CRM, migrated the previous CRM data, modelled the current database, implemented stored procedures, functions and triggers, developed and continues to develop CRM's new functionalities ( in GWT - Google web toolkit, PHP, Java and MySQL database). Collaborates in the maintenance of Ar Telecom's current certifications (ISO 9001:2008, 14001:2004, 27001:2013, 20000-1:2011).

Manages the business intelligence of the company, being responsible for management indicators, traffic and carrier reports and for information sent to external entities, such as ANACOM. Performs internal audits and is responsible for implementing quality indicators.

Audited and analysed business processes, guaranteeing the ISO 9001:2008 and 14001:2004 certifications and performance improvements. Acted as a facilitator between the IT department and other departments; analysing, tracking and testing changes to the company's CRM.

Managed mobile software projects (implemented in C++, C#, ASP .Net with SQL Server databases) for a variety of customers including Compal , Policia Judiciária, Vulcano and L'Oreal Portugal; Guaranteeing project delivery, improving customer's business performance and creating long-term relationships.

Responsible for the analyses of the IOS CTT's (Institituto de Obras Sociais dos CTT) and analyst at the CGA's (Caixa Geral de Aposentações) information system (implemented in Oracle forms with Oracle database). Managed the software development team, made sure customer requisites were clearly documented, guided customers toward the best solutions.

Programmed the CGD (Caixa Geral de Depositos) Social Services information system (implemented in C++ with SQL Server database). Delivered software with quality, on the scheduled dates, contributing for the project’s success.
