I try to make the experience for my coop student very positive but I also expect the coop student to deliver results. Jaime did a great job. She is a fast learner and a hard worker. I really pushed her in this coop and she did not disappoint. Jaime helped me on a number of projects. She helped me organize hundreds of billing elements between two systems during a system refresh. She made sure both systems were identical and consistent with a new format we were introducing. She delivered 2 Vision Documents (aka: PRD's or MRD's). I like my coops to do at least one Vision Document so they get the experience of thinking about and designing a product from beginning to end. This is hard for any coop. Jaime did a great job and the 2nd Vision Document was almost perfect. I was really impressed. Jaime was my 3rd Coop and all my coops from Drexel have been excellent. I know Jaime will do well in any position after graduation. She has the first and in my mind, the most important trait mastered. She is a hard worker! Work ethic is very difficult to teach someone. Jaime is a quick learner, making it easy to move her into a role where she will deliver value to an organization. She is bright and not afraid to ask questions.
