I worked in the Bain Private Equity Group, the leading consulting practice to the private equity industry and its key stakeholders in the world. Safetor Oy Ltd is a fast growing innovative and reliable security company. In 2019, it employed about 105 part-time and 33 full-time security professionals in a wide range of different areas in the security industry. My main responsibility as a board member was to support the management and owners of the company to develop Safetor's corporate & business strategy.

Väinönkadun Kultakaivos Oy was the holding company of nightclub business 'Katse'. The almost 1000 m² nightclub had four separate sections: karaoke bar, street bar, disco, and club, and it generated roughly 1.2 million of sales per a year. I was one of the owners, a board member and a strategic adviser for the company for one and a half years, and I held the CEO position during the transition to the new owner in late 2017 and early 2018.

At Capgemini, I focused to manage IT development projects for various major Finnish companies. My key project experience and tasks include: • PMO role in a post-merger integration and transition program (180 full-time employees) of a TMT sector client. The role included supporting the program management and stream leads, coordinating streams' activities, cutover planning and preparations as well as coordinating cutover activities.• Project manager in several IT infrastructure development and IT consultation projects as well as IT transitions with responsible for project management including e.g. budgeting, planning, executing the plans and documentation as well as contacting the clients• Project manager in a project in which a project team of eight SMEs updated over 50 business critical applications and their databases in three testing and the production environments• Project manager in Azure Cloud Computing Platform & Services implementation project for the Government ICT center. The goal of the project was to support the national IT strategy to move a part of IT capabilities to cloud.The experience and feedback I gained as well as the numerical results from my projects (evaluations between 4,83 and 5 out of 5) were excellent. Starting to work in a completely new sector was a leap of faith for me and I am so happy I took the leap. Getting to learn the IT consulting and the IT sector while the world is becoming all the time more digital has been top valuable for me.

In 2015 I was a board member of the Student Union of the University of Vaasa. The student union of UVA comprises of 4 200 students and it has about 50 relations between different corporations and organizations. I was the head of business relations, being responsible for most of our corporate relations and communications, which included for example negotiation of co-operation agreements and contacting of CEOs, marketing officers, and other executives of different organizations on a weekly basis. I was also the president of the Business Relations Committee, which was formed to help me with managing the business relations.

My main tasks in PwC's Corporate Finance team were financial modeling, valuation, and business analysis. I also prepared information memorandums, pitch materials, and other PowerPoint presentations as well as screened acquisition targets and potential buyers. Starting from day one of my internship, I was given a lot of responsibility and ownership of own parts of various corporate finance engagements. The feedback I gained was continuously excellent and my analytical and numerical skills were highly appreciated.

I worked as a part-time security guard foreman in different events, mostly in restaurants and hotels. My main tasks were to maintain order, to take care of contacting our clients, and to organize tasks of other security guards. Later during my employment, I participated in financial, economic, development, and administrative functions of the company. I also actively assisted in accounting, payroll, and calculating of bids. I worked for Safetor an average of 10 hours per a week.

Kauhava, Training Air Wing, Finnish Air Force

I trained soldiers to become military policemen and I was the leader of a military squad of 25-30 soldiers. I planned the squad's program, trained the soldiers, and oversaw the administrative matters. During and especially after my employment in the Finnish Air Force I recognized that the military experience has been excellent for people leadership, management, and organization skills. The experience also developed to tolerate stress in high-pressure situations in which there is not a chance to do mistakes. In addition to great experience, I gained a lot of excellent feedback from my superiors and from the soldiers I led and trained. I was promoted to lieutenant ahead of schedule in 2015 and to first lieutenant in 2020.
