MCL Group Ltd. is a provider of civil construction services for municipal/ subdivision development projects, oil and gas construction, equipment rentals and heavy equipment hauling. With over 200 pieces of heavy equipment and a continuously growing fleet we can tackle a wide range of civil construction projects.Our key areas include site grading for industrial, commercial and residential projects, lease and well site construction, road/ highway construction, landfill construction including geosynthetics and clay liner installation, SWMF's, substation pad and access road construction for transmission projects.

My responsibilities included overseeing a staff of 8-10 E.I.T.'s and coops, initiating and developing projects, overseeing successful project execution, client relationships, and ongoing corporate development. As part of the senior management team, I was involved with determining the corporate direction and goals on a quarterly and yearly basis.

Working as an Engineer in Training with CAP, I am involved with wide range of projects and opportunities, ranging from the mining sector to power systems and utilities.

As a part of the team at Victoria, I was one of the crew also involved with the creation of drilling pads and placement of drill rigs. Also participated in geological field data collection and interpretation including mapping, sampling and sample collection, drill rig monitoring, core logging and data entry. Field measurements taken with GPS unit, compass and inclinometer. Located in isolated and extreme environment.
