With over 25 years of work experience in the financial services industry, I am a passionate and visionary leader in fintech, embedded payments, treasury management and commercial cards. As the Head of Emerging Solutions and Strategy at U.S. Bank, I oversee the development and commercialization of innovative and customer-centric payment solutions across all client segments. I also lead the strategic planning and collaboration with internal and external partners to identify and leverage emerging technologies and trends in the payments and cards space. This includes supporting initiatives in business banking, fintech, money movement and partnerships. Previously, I was the Head of Treasury Management Commercial Sales division responsible for sales and client relationships in the middle market segment. I have extensive skills and knowledge in payments, cards, and business process optimization. I was a board member, vice president and a volunteer coach at Utah Arsenal and La Roca Futbol Club, where our mission was providing a positive and inclusive environment for competitive youth soccer development. We worked with city leaders to create a 10-field soccer complex that continues to be an anchor for soccer in north Utah County. I am motivated by the opportunity to create and implement solutions that make a difference for the bank, the customers, and the community.
