Greetings!Here's a short personal description of me.I tend to, if possible, include procurement and producers early in the design process. My current work is with SAAB on Flexible Fire Divisions. For six years now I have worked with the design that must fit into very tight spaces sealing off firezones in submarines. For my part it has been a thorough going experience in a complex situation where the organisation and its procedures have been developing in parallell. Technically the material is a special kind of rubber that swells into an isolation shield when exposed to fire. We use the vulcanising tools both for vulcanising and for gauging the resulting product. Since the form is double curved we use scanning to verify the tools.A typical trait of mine is to come up with ideas when things seem to be stuck.And typically the team gets going in some direction. Of course not necessarily in the direction of my particular ideas, but things get going so to speak. I like international environments and I enjoy working with different competencies with variations in perspective and ways of working. The last six years at SAAB I have learned a lot about proactive communication with stakeholders ranging for example through procurement, production, the supply chain, simulation for optimisation and approval. I can switch between structured systematic work focusing on good documentation and out of the box innovation. One day I can find myself sitting for hours refining a simulation and the next day for example visiting a production site to establish how to work in production with some components to yet another day be working on a test report.
