xTend Solutions is a result of a dream every developer has: to develop a product of their own. With the support of an awesome team, I had set on a path to combine a passion for Architecture and Business Software, spiced up with Gaming technology, to bring to life a sales and marketing tool for the real estate market that is running on mobile devices.COX 4, a company that was the foundation for all our developments, has evolved to become xTend Solutions as this new chapter started in the late summer of 2021.Now that we rolled out the xTend platform and the xTend RE mobile app, we are starting to really see the extent of what we brought to market and in such a short time.My story starts way back in 2008, after I graduated from the Faculty of Engineering and Computing at the University of Mostar and started working as an engineer in a local company in the HVAC industry.Two years later, I took part in the establishment of the first technology park in the Herzegovina region, Intera Technology Park, as a volunteer. There, I worked as a consultant for software startups, boosting startup culture and ecosystem in the Mostar area and working with local faculties, students, and companies in the IT sector.I founded COX 4 in 2014 to provide custom-made innovative business solutions for various industries, from Automotive, HVAC, Architecture, all the way to Gaming, Trade Fairs, Social Media, HR, CRM, ERP etc.With a few other enthusiasts from my hometown Livno, I co-founded the Linnovate Technology Park in 2018 – one of the most successful startup incubators in the country today.
