I work closely with sales representative’s customers and prospects in providing technical guidance and developing solutions to customer’s problems. Support includes: discovery and definition of customer requirements, design and pricing of customer application solutions, assisting in customer presentations, approving all contracted sales from a design and engineering standpoint, interfacing with local and central service delivery and operations personnel to ensure a smooth hand off of all sales orders. I support Peak’s solution selling methodology as the subject matter expert.
