Operations Manager
Current• Manage the daily operations of all Skywave team members. Set schedules and organize upcoming staging and field work, installations and projects.• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures such as R56 and CSC operational requirements.• Create and refine business strategies, identify growth areas while containing costs, and improve project management practices.• Evaluate employee performance and corrective action plans, if/when necessary.• Manage and develop all public safety communication system engineering and as-built documentation.• Participate in pre-sale and post-sale design reviews, proposal evaluations and contract negotiations with customers and sales teams.• Work with customers throughout the entire quoting process and ensure that they benefit from the most appropriate solutions available.
