• Standardised management reporting across the extended group, introducing a new set of financial metrics;
• Delivered millions of dollars in synergy benefits, obtaining buy-in from stakeholders via targeted incentives;
• Introduced public company disciplines, drafting new company policies for the group;
• Maintained morale across LCL Finance and support teams with no unplanned staff turnover in the first 6 months after the acquisition.

• Developed and implemented a raft of changes to strengthen financial rigour across systems, processes and controls;
