Along with my colleagues at McKenzie Lake Lawyers, my practice focuses on class actions and other complex multi-party litigation. Our team provides legal services to both plaintiffs and defendants. I have practiced almost exclusively in the class actions area since 1993.Through this time, I have worked in Law Firm management as a member of the Firm's Executive Committee for more than 15 years. I have worked to grow both the Firm and my department within the Firm.In addition to representing clients in all levels of Court across Canada, I also mediate and negotiate solutions to complex legal issues.Finally, I often work as the leader of, or as a member of groups of counsel across Canada, working together to achieve results for our respective clients.
