About Matt Pizzimenti

I really love creating things with other people. Engineering has been a big part of that creativity in my life, from my own path in software to teaching others the joys of programming.With over a decade of experience building and leading product and engineering teams at Olark as CTO+COO, I have had the good fortune to combine my technical background with my passion for culture and community building (hey, our team is a community too!). Our values-centric culture informs not just how we work together, but also guided our decision to become a B-Corp with an accessibility-first mindset. I firmly believe centering our values is the biggest strength of our team and product, and I'm grateful for it :)
